Bypass air bag dash light

My car is a 90 and I want to install an aftermarket steering wheel. Can anyone tell me how to bypass the air bag light

airbag light

i know there is a fix to it but i have not been able to come across it. i know of friends who have just removed the light bulb from the dash.
